These shots are my photographic fulfillment.
Why?
Because I absolutely love doing family sessions, and the beach is one of the best places for such photos.
Plenty of space, room to play, wonderful views, and beautiful sunsets.
Abama Beach is the kind of beach that many people don't know about.
Why?
Because even though there are fortunately no private beaches in Tenerife, and everyone can enjoy all the treasures of this island, this beach is relatively small and is located behind an exclusive hotel.
The road leading to it looks like a private hotel avenue through a garden, and to get down to the beach you have to climb down a lot of stairs.
All this means that few tourists decide to reach the destination, which is a shame!
Because the place is beautiful.
The hotel takes care of this beach because although it's public, it mainly serves the hotel guests.
And it must be added that this hotel is considered one of the best on the island.
It looks like Aladdin's palace.
But that's not the most important thing.
The most important thing is that the beach was empty, as if it was waiting for our arrival.
The family you'll see in the photos is the family from the @flowtoslow YouTube channel.
They recently moved to Tenerife and in their videos they talk about the move and interesting facts about life on the island.

Why do I say this session is my photographic fulfillment?
Because this family really had fun.
They really ran, jumped, the kids had a blast, and all of this very naturally translates into successful shots.
It's very nice when as an observer you can see that the parents really have a good relationship with their children, that it's not just putting on a good face for photos, but a real bond connecting the whole family.
It's sad when during a session I suggest that dad hug the child or play with them while I take some shots, and there's this awkward silence because you can see it's not something they do every day.
During this session, I was struck by the very nice parent-child relationship.
Listening to their children, genuine interest in them, and also the parents' love for each other.
As you'll see, it's the parents - Ola and Dawid - who could chase each other around the beach, act silly - and that's it!
Not losing that vigor, that spark in the eye, and looking at each other even after children appear in the house.
Well, and the girls, Gaja and Zuza - beautiful models, and sweet as well.
It was really good time!
