Photography Session Terms and Conditions

The final effect of photos is influenced by weather conditions during outdoor sessions, and indoor lighting conditions for home sessions.

Those interested in sessions must provide the Photographer with their name and surname, email address and phone number to enable contact regarding information and service delivery.

I do not deliver unedited photos. There is no possibility of purchasing unedited photos. I do not share RAW files.

I store files from the selection date for six months. After this time, they are deleted from my drives and cannot be recovered.

My photographs are natural, so I do not change silhouettes in Photoshop, do not slim down, do not change height, etc. I remove bruises and other noticeable minor imperfections.

For outdoor sessions, there is a possibility of rescheduling the photo date once due to weather. Clouds are not a reason to cancel photos - they create even better pictures :)

In case of illness, we arrange a new date (please notify me of even a slight cold, I commit to doing the same). Health comes first :)

Each session package can be purchased as a gift voucher according to the price list on the website. Full payment is collected upfront. Voucher validity is 6 months. After this period, I do not provide the service and it is forfeited. The voucher shows the final service date, not the booking date.

After the session, you will receive a full photo gallery on an online platform within 4 weeks of the session. Through it, you select shots in the quantity according to your chosen package. For an additional fee, you can purchase additional shots according to the price list of your selected package. Selection of shots must be returned within 14 days of receiving the gallery.

After making your selection and paying for additional photos/prints, the photographer has 4 weeks to edit all selected photos, and then the ability to download electronic files through the gallery is enabled.

If you decide to purchase a photo album, the Photographer can only create its design after you have selected all photos and paid for the photo album. From this moment, the Photographer has 4 weeks to design the photo album and order it from the photo laboratory. From this point, the Photographer is not responsible for possible delivery delays.

By choosing a session with me, clients accept my style, editing, and framing. After photo selection, there is no possibility of additional editing.

After the session, I ask via email if I can share your photos on my social media profiles, and consent expressed in this way is considered valid.

I try to respond to inquiries about offers or dates within 24 hours on business days.

In paid outdoor locations (paid parks, palaces, gardens), the Client bears the cost of entry, admission ticket and the cost of conducting the session.
